The City Council in Mansfield, TX, has approved an economic incentive package for Klein Tools as part of a planned $76 million investment by the Chicago-based manufacturer that could created 585 jobs in the city's new Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center. The net economic impact to Mansfield, about 30 minutes southeast of Fort Worth, has been estimated at more than $7.6 million over the first 10 years, with a $4.5 billion economic impact over 10 years to the State of Texas.
