Tennessee Aquarium in Chattanooga Houses a Variety of Animals
Otters live there, and so do penguins, barracudas and snapping turtles. Oh, and fish, too.
The Tennessee Aquarium on Chattanooga’s Riverfront has been attracting visitors since 1992. It has grown from one building to its current two large structures: the original River Journey pavilion and the newer Ocean Journey.
The aquarium houses more than 12,000 animals including fish, reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates and even butterflies.
